Customer size
Inter Access opts for a broad medium-sized market segment. The lower end of the market segment is defined by the number of users per organisation (more than twenty) and the top end by whether Inter Access has access to the so-called strategic 'decision making unit' for IT. When other parties have access to this unit - for example in the enterprise market - we can collaborate with them.
Geographical focus
Inter Access primarily chooses provision of services in the Netherlands and Belgium. For provision of services to customers with offices outside of these countries, we can bring in several partners.
