Inter Access gets good results in Computable ICT Services Guide 2008 

Inter Access took first place in the category "Infrastructure" in the Computable ICT Services Guide 2008 published past week.

The results of the survey, carried out by TNS NIPO, also show good results in the categories ERP, Management, Business Intelligence, Outsourcing and Internet Business.

  • Infrastructure: first place
  • ERP: second place
  • Management: fourth place
  • Business Intelligence: fourth place
  • Outsourcing: fifth place
  • Internet Business: tenth place

The survey was carried out among 2146 respondents who judged suppliers on seven aspects in each category: knowledge, price, quality of service, reliability, meeting the time schedule, observing the budget agreed upon, communication with customers.
