Hilversum, Pijnacker, 7 January 2010 – The municipality of Pijnacker-Nootdorp has put the WebNext Zaak system of Inter Access into operation.
This system enables citizens of this municipality in the Netherlands to electronically communicate and apply for municipal services. Also, the Zaak system of Inter Access for municipalities supports the processing of applications through a Personal Internet Page (PIP) and MijnOverheid.nl (MyGovernment.nl). At the same time, citizens have a 24x7 status overview with this system.
The WebNext Zaak system offers a large number of pre-defined web forms and a transparent, interactive mid and back office process. With this system, municipalities can develop a multichannel approach, which allows citizens to communicate through the channel of their preference. Putting the WebNext solution into operation, provides the citizens of Pijnacker-Nootdorp with a digital counter, where they can apply for a certificate of residence or report a change of residence within the municipality boundaries.
The WebNext Zaak system of Inter Access has, unlike other similar systems, optimal integration possibilities with platforms like Seneca, Q-Matic, Centric, BCT with Corsa DMS and Corsa Case. Besides, it is possible to implement the platform as a hosted environment, with Inter Access providing the full management.

We now have a solid basis that allows us to offer more digital services in the future,” said Monique van Waardenberg, manager Public Affairs at the Municipality of Pijnacker-Nootdorp.
