Hilversum, 6 October 2009 – Inter Access has signed a two-year contract with Acera Accountants & Raadgevers (Advisors).
The IT service provider will provide Acera with an Adaptive Workplace concept for approximately 170 workspaces. Inter Access will offer Acera’s employees access to corporate applications through the Workplace on Demand platform. With this platform, they can log on to a PDA, thin client or pc anytime and anywhere. This offers them the same functionality as at the office. The mid-sized accountancy firm with five offices in the Dutch province of Friesland will outsource all work space management to Inter Access.
Inter Access’ Adaptive Works Space is an ideal outsourcing solution for supporting the concept of ‘new working’. Employees have access to the corporate network anytime and anywhere: at home, on the train or at a customer. They don’t have to miss out on functionality or speed. The solution offers a comprehensive IT infrastructure from server to endpoint, including Microsoft Office software as well as specific corporate applications. The cost model of the Adaptive Workspace concept is transparent. Customers pay-per-use and have full insight in all costs.
