Hilversum, 7 June 2010 – After a management buy-out, Prodin Business Solutions B.V has been turned into an independent company by Inter Access as of June 1st, 2010.
The reason for the management buy-out is that from 2009 on Prodin Business Solutions’ success factors and Inter Access’ strategic course were no longer aligned. Prodin focuses on the market for logistic ERP solutions for companies with twenty to two hundred employees. Inter Access focuses on larger organizations in various industries, including the public sector and healthcare, with five hundred to five thousand employees.
In 2009, Inter Access started a project to deal with this dilemma. This has led to a management buy-out on June 1st 2010 by two members of the Prodin team, Henk van Heemskerk and Patrick Aries. Continuity for customers and employees has been key to this decision. 22 employees are involved in the buy-out. The independent company Prodin Business Solutions B.V. will be located in the Inter Access offices in Hilversum until August 2011.
