WorkSpace 2.0 functionality

WorkSpace 2.0 as a Service meets the basic requirements of almost every organisation. The basic desktop includes the following applications and services:

  • Email based on MS Exchange or OpenSource mail, MS Outlook, Outlook Web Access and Outlook Mobile Access.
  • Choice between MS Office Suite Standard or Pro, or Open Office.
  • Internet browser.
  • PDF reader.
  • Graphics viewer.
  • Support for compressed files.
  • Calculator.
  • Interactive digital assistant.
  • Security: for example spam and virus scanning.
  • File & print services.

In addition, WorkSpace 2.0 can optionally be enhanced with functionality to facilitate communication and cooperation within your organisation (Unified Messaging, Conferencing and VoiP). Finally, WorkSpace 2.0 offers the option to integrate (almost) all business applications in one completely integrated workplace for information supply within your organisation.

WorkSpace 2.0 infrastructure

Inter Access has invested in an infrastructure which has been configured specifically for WorkSpace 2.0. Inter Access uses ‘tier one’ business partners for each component of the infrastructure.
