Functionality

ITSM Lite is geared to the needs of ICT managers, helpdesk managers and operations managers. The solution is made up of the following components:

  • Identity Management enables you to manage identities and access to ICT centrally. This assures you that the management of identities and access is geared to corporate policy and the applicable legislation and regulations (e.g. Sarbanes-Oxley and Basel II);
  • Service and Change Management enables you to plan for change systematically, to identify risks and potential down-time of systems and applications, and to reduce these. In addition, this solution offers an opportunity to trace and management infrastructure components. Thanks to the extensive opportunities for analysis and reporting, you will be able to prevent incidents and problems from occurring;
  • Service monitoring enables you to monitor servers, applications, network equipment and transactions, for example, remotely through the Web, without this equipment needing special software for this. The tools are both integrated and available as stand-alones.
