The WEB+ Suite – head start in public services

The integration and efficiency of processes are a key issue the coming years. Although the private sector is still a little ahead in this, the public sector is quickly catching up. The programme ‘Different government’ acts as a catalyst in this. Organisations such as EGEM get the troops moving. And Inter Access has been supporting central and local governments in realising solutions for improving internal processes and public services for years.

Added value for municipalities
Municipalities who pick up the challenge of the Different Government do not just wish to optimise existing internal processes, but also improve their services to citizens and businesses with an E-counter. To do this, Inter Access provides a standard solution called WEB+ Suite. This solution:

  • meets the EGEM requirements
  • can be placed under an existing CMS without problems
  • links functionality in the front and back office.

Future proof solution
The WEB+ Suite is based on a robust and fully scalable Oracle Application Suite platform, which Gartner considers to be on of the five integration platforms of the future. The Oracle platform is the preferred platform for many municipalities. Bu using this standard technology, complemented by specific functional modules, the municipalities can keep up with further developments carried out by both Oracle and Inter Access. This way, the municipality has access to a solution that does not only meet its customers’ requirements now, but which also gives room for growth in the future. The continuity of both Oracle and Inter Access provide the guarantee that this solution will continue to be one of the most optimal solutions for efficient public services in the future.

Track record
Inter Access is familiar with the field of public services. We have been supporting central and local governments on (information) architecture and open connections (EGEM/ICT/VROM) for years. Furthermore, we are active in the areas of sourcing and infrastructure services in the public sector. And as far as the WEB+ Suite is concerned: this has been implemented successfully for various municipalities.
