Interfaces – link between mid and back office 

The WEB+ Suite consists of a logically organised and closely integrated web intake system with a closely linked mid office, whereby the WEB+ Midoffice is responsible for sending open messages to back office systems. For this communication, the WEB+ Midoffice uses standardised, open interfaces. The standard connections are based on the usual formats for information exchange within the government and are tuned to XML messaging traffic. Furthermore, we can realise tailor-made connections between the interface possibilities of the supplier concerned and in close negotiation with the WEB+ users

Open standards

Inter Access considers a standard as being ‘open’ when it meets the following criteria:

  • the XML description regarding providing transactions is public;
  • the XML description has been published and is accessible for everybody who is interested;
  • the supplier concerned is prepared to actually apply this standard (or have it applied), via EGEM for example in harmonious cooperation with others.
