The WEB+ Suite consists of a logically organised and closely integrated web intake system with a closely linked mid office, whereby the WEB+ Midoffice is responsible for sending open messages to back office systems. For this communication, the WEB+ Midoffice uses standardised, open interfaces. The standard connections are based on the usual formats for information exchange within the government and are tuned to XML messaging traffic. Furthermore, we can realise tailor-made connections between the interface possibilities of the supplier concerned and in close negotiation with the WEB+ users
